Enterprise AI Summit — Charlotte · October 7–8, 2026 · Last updated September 1, 2026

By registering for Enterprise AI Summit — Charlotte (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms with IT Revolution Events, LLC (“IT Revolution,” “we”).

1. Registration and passes

Each pass admits one named attendee. Passes may be transferred to a colleague at no charge — email events@itrevolution.com before the Event. Registration details (name, job title, organization, email) must be accurate; we use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe at registration. All sales are final — registrations are non-refundable. Substitutions are free at any time: transfer your pass to a colleague by emailing events@itrevolution.com before the Event.

If we cancel the Event, registered attendees receive a full refund; we are not responsible for travel or lodging costs.

3. Photography and recording

The Event will be photographed and recorded, including sessions, Q&A, and common areas. By attending, you understand that your image, likeness, and voice may appear in photographs, video, and audio captured at the Event, and you grant IT Revolution a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that footage in recordings of sessions, event archives, and promotional material for this and future events, in any medium, without further notice or compensation.

If you prefer not to appear: tell our registration desk at check-in and we will identify you to our photography team, make reasonable efforts to avoid featuring you, and remove footage in which you are prominently identifiable on request to events@itrevolution.com. Incidental appearance in wide crowd shots may not be avoidable.

Attendees may take personal photos in common areas. Recording of sessions by attendees is not permitted.

4. Conduct

We are committed to a harassment-free event. Attendees are expected to treat speakers, staff, and one another professionally. We may decline admission to, or remove without refund, anyone whose behavior materially disrupts the Event or endangers others.

5. Sponsors: attendee list and contact

As part of running the Event, the attendee list (name, job title, organization, email) is shared with Event sponsors, and sponsors may contact you about their products and services. You can opt out of sponsor communications at any time — with the sponsor directly, or by emailing events@itrevolution.com — and we will honor that opt-out for future events.

6. Program changes

Speakers, sessions, and schedule are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable program.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Revolution's aggregate liability in connection with the Event is limited to the amount you paid to register. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. Questions: events@itrevolution.com.
